The Off Road Journey
Off Road Osteopathy was created with a simple idea — that access to quality healthcare shouldn’t depend on where you live. This page shares the journey so far, from the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales to Adelaide and Kangaroo Island, and the communities that have been part of the story.

Where It All Began
Snowy Monaro, New South Wales
The journey behind Offroad Osteopathy began in the Snowy Monaro region of New South Wales. Working in communities like Cooma, Berridale and Bombala showed just how important accessible healthcare is for regional towns. Many people travel long distances for treatment, or go without care altogether. These experiences helped shape the idea for Offroad Osteopathy — a practice designed to move with communities and provide hands-on healthcare where it’s needed most.

The Road West
From the mountains of New South Wales to the coastline of South Australia, the journey continues. Off Road Osteopathy was built on the idea that healthcare doesn’t have to stay in one place — it can travel, adapt, and reach the communities that need it.
Adelaide & Kangaroo Island
Healthcare across land and sea
The next chapter of the journey has taken Off Road Osteopathy to South Australia. Today the practice provides osteopathic treatment across locations including Adelaide and Kangaroo Island, working with local communities to support movement, reduce pain and improve everyday wellbeing. Each new location is another step toward the larger vision of bringing accessible healthcare to regional areas across Australia.

THE JOURNEY AHEAD
Where To Next?
The Off Road Journey is only just beginning. Off Road Osteopathy was designed to grow and travel, visiting new towns and regional communities along the way. As the journey continues, new locations will be added to the map. Wherever the road leads next, the goal stays the same — helping people move better and bringing quality hands-on healthcare to places that don’t always have easy access to it.
